a Return Authorization Number* for the item(s) being returned then
simply return any unused* or defective item for a refund or replacement
within 30 days. Refunded amount is less your original cost of shipping.
You may ship back returns via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, Fed EX, or
DHL, whichever is most economical for you. However, you must first call to obtain the correct address and Return Authorization # for all returns.
*All Returned Items Must be in New, Unused, Resellable Condition, unless defective.
