product you purchased? Simply call us to receive a Return Authorization
Number then simply return any unused or defective item for a refund or
replacement within 30 days. The item must be in the original packaging
and resellable. Refunded amount is less our original cost of shipping. Please call to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate return address before shipping the returned item.
Note: When receiving a refund, only the credit card that was used for the purchase can be credited.

Changing an Order Once it has Been Submitted If you need
to change your order for any reason please contact us at 1-866-620-6088
and we will be happy to make any changes necessary. To prevent
receiving duplicate shipments and possibly being charged twice, PLEASE DO NOT RESUBMIT YOUR ORDER ONLINE.
Orders are Processed Same Day All in-stock orders placed
before 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same
day. If your order is received after 2pm Eastern Standard Time it will
be processed and shipped the next business day. You can locate your
state on the map below for expected shipping times. ALL items are
shipped from our Saginaw, Michigan warehouse, however, we also have
drop-ship warehouses in Yorkville, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Pittsburgh,
PA where select items can be shipped from. This will decrease the
anticipated delivery times shown below.

Shipping Products to a Different Address You may ship your
products to a different address other than your "Billing Address", if
